Hi everyone! As most of we know, we cannot get police GTO, unmarked cop cars and Cross corvette in Need For Speed: Carbon, but I want to teach you how to make it possible.

and special thanks to Zipper for his great help, otherwise, I won't be able.

1-Download https://nfs-tools.blogspot.com/2017/02/nfs-vlted-v42-released.html?m=1
2-Run, then file/open and select NFS Carbon directory.
3-Follow this address: pvehicle/default/cars/muscle/corvettez06/player_cop_corvette and click on it.
4-In MODEL, Change COPSPORTHENCH value to:

QUOTE

COPGHOST=Ford Crown Victoria Unmarked
COPGTO=Pontiac GTO Police
COPGTOGHOST=Pontiac GTO Unmarked
COPSPORTGHOST=Chevrolet Corvette C6.R Unmarked
COPCROSS=Cross Corvette

5-For performance, check out below values of "Optional": (brakes, chassis, engine, induction, tires, transmission)
1-If you want replace the car with Unmarked Corvette / Cross Corvette, just change viper_top to corvette_top.
2-If you want replace the car with GTO Police / Unmarked, change all of "corvette_top"'s and viper_top to gto.

6-Save and exit.
7-Run the game and test the car from Custom category. The cop car has been replaced with Police Pursuit Corvette.

Thanks but it affects other car mods (changes the wheelbase). is there a way around this?

That's weird. It did not with my mods. After installing mods and going to use VLT Editor, don't restore the backups or it happens. Meanwhile, if you use VLT Editor, Carbon mod installer won't be able to install mods anymore, unless the author put a .nfsms file for wheelbase and performance data. Mod installer is still able to installing the car, but not wheelbase and performance unfortunately.

Thats too bad. Can you change the wheelbase manually??

Is there a way to take the car model of the copcar and completely replace it with another, as if its like a mod installer? So it doesnt affect the other car mods wheelbase. For example I wanna take the COPSPORTGHOST and replace it with the 911TURBO and also change the audio sound to the corvettez01. I have already done this through changing the model but i dont like how it affects the other cars wheelbase

Yes, from ecar/default/(your car)/tire offsets
