This is a new trainer for Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005) which is a improved version of the cop light trainer. This allows cop lights on police cars to be turned on in the game. Also includes infinite NOS, the option to turn on the cop lights in a different way, never get busted by the cops, & easier escapes made by RacingFreak.
This is THE trainer to have if you plan on doing police work in NFS MW1. I call it the improved cop light trainer. The first option (activated by hitting the "1" key) works every time for me. Just hit the key, and all the cop lights turn on. Once the cop lights are on, you can exit the trainer- the option for the lights will stay on until you exit the game completely. The lights can get broken and "deactivated" by the car's damage model (assuming you're driving an RPD vehicle). This is realistic. No worries though, just enter a race or enter then exit the safe house. Your cop lights will be working again just fine.
