This is the 1963 blue green repaint of the Gaz Pobeda GAI units, These are one of my favorite color Police vehicles, Pobedas was the first to get the new color cause they was among the OLDEST patrol cars still in use, Also by that time roof gumballs started to be implemented. (slowly blinking boat lights mounted to the roof began in 1959)
