Looks it's going well! Just wondering if the chrome parts of roof racks and front bumper can be turn to black plastic to approach the appearance of basic 2009(I think the Vail one is a basic 09) model and RPD SUV? And will the original rims be used or there are some other rim options? -------------------- :P

1-This car will be released with importing black plastic parts, lightbars and car skin from cop SUV.
2-I put original wheel of this car under of the car, because most games of NFS needs this method. I'll release it with a savegame that includes this car and you can customize wheels too. @BrabusAMG I can't see yet, because ZModeler 2.2.5 crashes, when I'm trying to see polygons. After completing parts and skin, I'll export it as old .z3d and in 2.0.7, I'll make LOD parts and damaged parts. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

Nice, looking forward to see how it turns out~ PS: No need to bother with the savegame, since I already have the save with cop cars and trainers for more than 10 years XP -------------------- :P

If you don't need, I'll ignore the savegame.

Well, %80 of this car has been completed. The next step is making LOD parts for making mod size smaller and can be supported on low-performance computers too, but takes more time. Of course, I need a few textures and correct materials and the car was big a bit and I made it smaller. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

Hmm... feels like the RPD emblem can be larger, is it the resolution problem of original SUV texture? And the rambars looks a bit weird on XC90 since they are obviously made specifically for Rhino SUV, IDK if replace the front one with a Setina rambar and delete the rear one would be better or not... maybe ask so other people to see their opinions on the rambars? The last thing is that the light bar seems positioned on the roof racks instead of in front of the racks on both Vail Police XC90 and in-game RPD SUV... Thanks for your hard work, just trying to discuss about the things that doesn't looks right in my eyes, not be annoying -------------------- :P

Yes, you're right. This is issue of UV mapping of car body, but I'm trying again to make them larger.
I did something (Scale/Move/Delete meshes) with front/rear bumpers. After making car smaller (since the model was a little big), I got the issues. Each of them took 5 minutes. About lightbars, if I move it to the back a but, it covers "Police" decals (located in roof). There are some differents between RPD SUV and Volvo that I had to make emblems smaller and positions are a bit wrong. I'm really sorry for delay and couldn't do this as correct as what you wish. Anyway, I'm trying to solve the problems, as soon as possible. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

I agree about the lightbar; it would look better on the roof rack. Is it possible to move the decals a bit? If it's not possible, don't worry.
If you need a better pushbar, we have some available. -------------------- |

Okay, I'll move decals to front and coplight to back. After doing it and a few changes, I will share a screenshot. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

Hey no need to be sorry, I should be the one who feel sorry since you take the request for nothing and it seems quite challenge. I really appreciate your work and no need to be rush. PS: If there is a conflict police decals and light bar, I would say go with light bar since it's way more easier to move stickers around than objects when you build an actual police car. -------------------- :P

As what you wanted, I put coplight on roof rack, but I've tried many times for making emblems larger and nothing. The UV mapping of car body sucks and that's why I can't do anything. By the way, I have good news: From archive of the model, I found colors that can be applied on brakelights and headlights. No more wasting time for finding textures. After that, I'll make LOD parts and it's finished. Your mod will be ready sooner, fortunately. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

Well, it's completed, but I think headlights are a bit messed. I have a question: If your PC is high-performance and can run the game so fast, I will make coplights and convert to the game and send you a MediaFire link for personal, otherwise, if your PC is low-end performance, you have to be patient. It's up to you. if you want, I will send you. -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff

No, I meant if he has high-performance PC, he can let us know that he can use. This current version cannot support low-end performance PC's so fine. Btw, happy birthday Chris! -------------------- Best Regards, MNaeemi777 - NFS Police H.Q. Staff
