Remember the Matchbox Sheriff 1979 Plymouth Gran Fury? Well later they made a 1983 Chevy Blazer K5 to go with it, There was 3 old sheriff vehicles made..Gran Fury,Blazer, and a chopper..I have now made the Blazer biggrin.png. Only one I can't make for the game probably is the chopper mad.png .

Matchbox isn't the only ones to actually use this though, So once it's out I expect other to use the base to make other police, fire,or EMS vehicles (Nils might for sure laugh.png)

It's low poly too at only 5990 polys. I used it to replace the HomeTown CrownVics.

It's a old one from those GTA guys, I think they made it from the in game sheriff blazer ( Sheriff Rancher), This thing is HUGE though..You got to see it in game..very tall. tongue.png

Perhaps a bit too tall? wink.png

Also, the rear wheels cut into the trunk.

Lastly, I'd give the wheels a higher-res texture. They look pretty blurry despite your usual over-the-top-sharpening of screenshots.

huh.png Nils these don't have "trunks" they're TRUCKS. As for the wheel texturing, That was made using a pic I took of mine..I don't know of any high res textures for them out on the web..I thought they looked ok. The model has those big wheels.:

Same here. The Sheriff one with the lightbar, and also black & white from the set, and blue/white with the stripe. Might still have more of them packed somewhere, but these three are on the display.

Great job making it look just like the model!

I have two of these; one with a Park Ranger livery (from 2007) and one in a black/white sherriff livery with a metal base (from a 2011 special line).

I also have two versions of the helicopter.

I really should learn how to do modelling. I have lots of Matchbox police cars to start with.

Good for you to remind me of this..Checking I still have that truck, I'm going to put my improoved TwinSonic on it and then get it up, Along with the 1979 Plymouth GranFury sheriff car..I have all 3 in a set but I can't do the chopper..So the car and Blazer will do..Maybe someone can do that chopper..Don't know.:
