Hey everyone ! Sergeant Nicholas "Kenny" Webster reporting for duty !

I come here today to solicit a budget request for a fleet of new patrol cars for the International Speed-Enforcement Brigade. (Need For Speed IV High Stakes for the less imaginative).

Would it be possible that an engineer from the central could make me an EA-like version of the Eagle Talon (Redrock Ridge hatchback) in multi-texture (USA, France, Germany, UK and Australia), as well as a high-poly version compatible with the VEG's modern patch?

I would also like an alternative texture (for the USA one) like the PS1 NFS3HP version.

It's one of the only cars that I can't currently find on the various download sites.

I will be very grateful for this achievement, and I think it would be a really nice addition for the NFSHS community.

We don't build bases . So you need to find a base or you need to find another car to do that has a base to do .

For the low-poly, the EA base is perfect. Just need multiple textures. But for the High-Poly, i recommend the Eagle Talon from Radu for NFSPU, if a conversion can be done.

We have found a suitable base for you biggrin.png . I don't think we have anyone that can convert from Porsche Unleashed though sad.png . I'll do the higher poly one and someone else can work on the low poly EA default. The vehicle will be around 7000-8000 Polys (maybe less) once done. The base is a race car so it only has a driver seat so I'm also thinking I might be able to take the interior out of the EA car and fit it in.

Not this one..It's actually a OLD NFS Cars car by Krystoff.

Here's a update how things are going. I had to really edit the insides of this since it was a race car, It only had 1 seat and no back deck or seat area, So I copied the driver seat and made 2 and then I copied one of those seats and stretched it wider and took off the top piece and made it the back seat, Next I shortened the length of the front dash so I could then push the front seats up a bit to make more room for prisoners back there,replaced the racer with the cop from AJ's Ford Taurus P.I. and copied the cop's textures over to it,Pulled the front door handels off of NUH's Opel Astra and stuck them onto the doors,raised up the back floor some to create a rear dash,Finally I decided to use the "Nils Trick" to create glowing red tail lights thus reserving more lights for the upcoming lightbar happy.png .

For the U.S. version since it's only used in the desert regions I decided to take off EA's RCMP badge on the door and give it a U.S. badge and I created my own fictional department.

I'm really excited that someone like you is able to fulfill my request. It was something that was missing from the game in my opinion.

Ok here's all the other paint jobs, Wanted to originally do UK in either red/white/blue stripes or the orange stripe but the way this was mapped don't allow stripe designs, So rather than mess it up I went with a old 1960's design in blue/white.

I can do that now as the cars are done, happy.png Here's the International version.

Nice job. You missed the NFS3 variant in the files, but it's already really good. I'll do some touch-ups on the TGAs if you don't mind, I think I have some ideas.

A dash would have been nice too in my opinion. But maybe it would take someone else's help?

Sure, Any TGA help would be great, Just post your edit here using Attach File, Then I'll take a look and post it to the site it's self.

Oh, Here's the NFS 3 version. You can only put 1 file at a time so I wanted to know what you thought of the International one first wink.png

If you'd like I could also make the cop that gets out when you're stopped that space cop from the NFS 3 game since someone has done that on another car.

I think we can ask someone to do something with the TGAs. AJ_Lethal, XJ220 or NFSF1Mclaren. But I'll try something on my side.

Ok then happy.png Dashes are a bit of trouble so most stuff I make just has basic and generic insides as I focus more TGA room on paint jobs, Anyway what did you think of the NFS 3 version? I chose a clear Code3 LoPro with red/blue rotators since in the PS1 NFS3 that lightbar does strange stuff, Looks red but lights red/blue when on and as there's no way to accurately do it I think a clear top with colored rotators is best and the lightbar shape in the game resembles Code3 LoPro so I chose that.

For the NFS 3 version, the TGA is not very accurate, the blue is not the same, too much clear, but I will try to fix that on my side too. Otherwise, I think it would still be better to keep the same lightbar base as the International version.

Well do as you wish but the lightbar in NFS 3 resembles a Code3 LoPro more than it does a JetSonic wink.png

I finally finished the vision I had. An international version, with a Bonus skin for the NFS3 version integrated into the car.viv. Free to those who wish to modify it in file thanks to NFS Wizard.

I also added a QFS for the Vidwall. I'll let you test to see what you think.

Yes, the new ID is PHat (for Pursuit Hatchback), but the name of the car in the menu is Pursuit Eagle Talon.

Ok, I'll have a look when I get off duty, Sorry I couldn't exactly make what you had in mind as I'm not too good at International TGAs, I'm only good at doing vehicles that have 1 TGA mostly, I have been able to do some that are setup International but not many.

Not bad, I must say giving the NFS 3 version a more copper color than silver was intresting, When I saw the France and UK rework it reminded me of some DieCast vehicles, How they would sometimes just put stickers on the doors vs painting details on. Feel free to rework anything I post if you wish, You do good work too happy.png , Only rules on it is items have to stay on THIS site and you must mention everything in the READ.Me if you post something.
